The mission of the Evergreen Plainsmen Foundation is to actively promote both athletic fairness and educational empowerment. Rooted in the belief that every student should have equal chances to succeed, we energetically serve as advocates for those facing challenges, enhancing their capabilities through focused assistance and resources. Concurrently, we steadfastly support those already privileged, fostering an atmosphere where all students can attain unprecedented levels of accomplishment. Devoted to excellence in sports, inclusivity, and the pursuit of knowledge, our goal is to profoundly influence each student’s journey, ensuring they are fully prepared for success in both academic and athletic realms.

01. The Great Water Drive:

Quenching Thirst, Fueling Dreams

The Great Water Drive is an impactful program designed to support Evergreen High School Sports through a unique fundraising initiative. This innovative campaign revolves around the donation of water cases, where every $4 case makes a significant $75 splash in support after sales.

This program has the potential to create a lasting impact on the school’s sports programs and foster a sense of pride and unity within the community. Purchase water in 16-ounce bottles from your preferred store and drop it off at any of our designated donation stations. Several local businesses have generously volunteered to serve as donation points, making it convenient for supporters to contribute at various locations.

02. Donate Time/Skills

We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers who are willing to share their skills or donate supplies to support our ongoing projects. Your expertise and generosity can play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

  • Volunteer Your Skills: If you possess skills in [specific area, e.g., marketing, graphic design, event planning, concessions, etc.], we would be grateful for your time and expertise. Your contributions will directly enhance our ability to fund raise and create opportunities.

  • Donate Supplies: We are also in need of [specific supplies, e.g., bottle water, non-perishable food items, hot chocolate, etc.]. Your donations will go a long way in supporting concession sales.

By volunteering your skills or donating supplies, you become an integral part of our collective efforts.

Every contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated and will be used responsibly to further our mission.

Our organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization/charity, and your donation is tax-deductible. Those who donate will receive a tax receipt for their records. We also encourage you to share this appeal with your network. Your support in spreading the word can help us reach a wider audience and garner additional support for our cause.
